Consultation

Initial Outreach: The journey begins with a phone call or email from our office, where we confirm key details like location, budget, scope, and timeframe. If everything aligns, we move forward with a deeper conversation.

Home Visit: One of our owners will reach out for a detailed discussion, ensuring your project fits our expertise. During this call, we’ll schedule the first home visit and start working on accurate estimates and preliminary budgets.

Client Meetings

First Client Meeting - Scope of Work: We meet at your home to discuss the project in detail, capturing your vision and refining the scope of work. This meeting sets the foundation for accurate planning and budgeting.

Second Meeting -Preliminary Budget: In this meeting, our CEO or President presents the initial budget based on our previous discussions. We ensure the budget aligns with your expectations before moving forward.

Finalize Plans

Collaborate with Architect + Designer: Working with architects and designers, we finalize the plans and specifications for your project. This step ensures that all design elements and materials are precisely defined.

Finalize Budget

Final Budget + Selection Sheets: At this office meeting, we present the final budget and detailed selection sheets, covering all aspects of the project. Once approved, we prepare the written scope of work and official contract.

Trade Partners Walkthrough: Our trade partners will visit your home to review the project details in person. This on-site walk-through ensures their bids are accurate and aligned with your needs.

Construction Begins: With a project schedule in place, construction begins, supported by weekly meetings and real-time updates via our client portal.

Permits & Construction

Project Manager Intro: After the contract is signed, we apply for permits and introduce you to your Project Manager, who will oversee daily progress.
