Our family-owned team has specialized in remodeling luxury homes in Middle Tennessee since 1987. The company was originally founded by husband and wife, David and Cilla Crane on the Christian principles of service, honesty, and integrity.

Today, David and his son-in-law, Tyler Leuck, run a family business that holds those same values. Our team’s reputation for quality, attentiveness to detail, and thorough communication ensure your home honors the values and traditions that matter most to your family.

OUR PROCESS

Streamlined service, craftsman quality

  • Initial outreach and home visits ensures project alignment and goal communication from the start.

  • To ensure accurate bids, our team of trade partners will meet with Crane Builders at your home. At this meeting we collaborate to review the project scope and provide accurate pricing.

  • We present the final budget and detailed selection sheets, covering all aspects of the project. Once approved, we prepare the written scope of work and official contract.

  • After the contract is signed, we apply for permits and introduce you to your Project Manager, who will oversee daily progress. With a project schedule in place, construction begins, supported by weekly meetings and real-time updates via our client portal.
