Kyle “Fenway” Parks

Coming from a family with midwestern roots, Fenway spent his youth in Kansas City before moving to sunny South Florida. He played competitive baseball and went on to play in college for the University of Iowa where he began his schooling career. Fenway later realized that he had a calling for home building and graduated with a degree in Construction Management when living in Ashville, North Carolina. Although missing the scenic mountains and hikes, Fenway and his wife now call TN home, where they both enjoy spending time outdoors and renovating their own home. Having work experience and passion for hands-on work, Fenway learned how to do all aspects of home building, primarily focusing on historic remodels. Fenway loves being able to put the clients’ dreams into reality, making a house feel like a home, and bringing memorable experiences along the way.
